More Swede Love

I swear, this country keeps getting better and better in the music department. Check out these two new Swedish discoveries of mine!

mp3:
Adiam Dymott - Memory Loss

Adiam Dymott is the newest artist to join the roster of Stockholm's amazing Razzia Records label, home to three of my other Swedish favorites, Maia Hirasawa, Jonna Lee, and Hello Saferide. Adiam's folky pop-rock fits in perfectly with those artists' oeuvres, and I hope we'll hear more from her in the future!

Firefox AK - Once I Was Like You

Firefox AK is the stage name of singer Andrea Kellerman, who inflects her mellow chill-out pop with her cool, elegant vocals. Fans of Stereolab, Broadcast, and the slower side of Metric will find much to love here.

And seeing as this is a Swedish post, I have to share the new Lykke Li video for "Breaking It Up." I don't know if you know this, but it's required by law that all music blogs everywhere post at least one blog about Lykke Li a month. True story.

I love all the people chained to a bed, though. HOT.

For even more Swede-music love, check out these blogs. They blow my little corner of the web out of the water!
